EK DEEWANA THA Movie Review, Trailers & Songs

Ekk Deewana Tha is a forthcoming Hindi language romantic drama film. It is written and directed by Gautham Menon with Prateik Babb and Amy Jackson in his Bollywood debut in the lead role.

This film is a remake of Gautham Menon (Tamil film Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa), which was also remade in Telugu as Ye Maaya Chesave in 2010 with the soundtrack and film score composed by AR Rahman, while the cinematography and editing is handled by MS Prabhu and Anthony Gonsalves, respectively. Singer Chinmayi has given speeches voice the female lead, repricing her role from the original Tamil version and the Telugu remake, where she called for actors Trisha Krishnan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu respectively.

While you are under production, the film titled Prem Katha, but was renamed Ekk Deewana Tha, the director would not have an abstract title for the film, as the original. The film, produced by Fox Star Studios, Photon Kathaas and RS Infotainment is now in post production and will release on 17 February 2012.
